Do I need a consultation?
Chemical service consultations are great for anyone and everyone who has any box color in their hair and to anyone who has very processed hair. We will be able to see if your hair will hold up to my chemicals and also help avoid any unwanted surprises the day of your appointment. If you have a lot of questions or if you're unsure of what you want, consults are great to have your questions answered while also being able to compare your hair goal photos with my color samples. If your hair is virgin or if it's your first time getting serviced by me, consults are a great way to understand what will be expected as well. They are typically booked a few weeks in advance before the initial color service. I prefer to do my consults in person. I understand many people travel from outside of Milwaukee and cannot spare time to travel in for a consult. In these situations, I try to answer what I can through messages. But do know that the end result may be a mystery without doing an in person consult. Many people has been confused about when to book for one. I hope you find this helpful!
Can I get a refund on my consultation fee if I choose not to book a service?
No, because time was taken out of my day to discuss your goals thoroughly with you. Chemicals are also used to perform test strands and skin allergy testing. If you choose not to book a chemical service with me, you are welcome to use the fee towards a different service.
What is your phone number?
I don't have a phone number for the public to reach me, but you are welcome to reach me through email or any of my social media platforms, which are all linked at the bottom of this page.
Can you work on my friend and I at the same time?
Due to the nature of my services and COVID-19, I do not feel comfortable to work on more than one person at once.
Can I bring a friend to hang out with me during my service?
Due to COVID-19 and limited space, please come to your appointment alone. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian may accompany you during your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled time. This will give me time to find someone on my waiting list to fill your spot or help me know I don't need to show up to work for the day. If you cancel outside of the cancellation grace period or no-show, you will be charged up to 50% of the service missed. I will not rebook anyone who no-show.
I will also like to include that if you cancel many times in a row, I'm going to assume you don't really want your hair done and I may choose to no longer book you. Please only book if you truly wish to.
Often times a day is dedicated solely to one client only and I go above and beyond to deliver the best results and customer service I can. I think what I ask for in a cancellation notice is not much and is pretty simple. Thank you for reading this far and for your understanding =)
